Beginners Yoga Workout

This wonderful beginners Yoga Workout with JQ Williams 2015 is a strong online yoga class for advanced beginners ready to begin expanding their practice to more intermediate poses.

This Vinyasa yoga workout  is 45 minutes long and challenges the beginner to stretch their practice in a gentle way.

JQ’s calm, clear and inspired instruction will give the beginner yoga student a solid base for developing an ongoing yoga flow practice.

About JQ Williams: JQ is a warm and energetic teacher with a background in dance, gymnastics, and pole vault. After a few bad injuries from pole vaulting she found yoga as a way to heal her body, the surprise that cane with it was that yoga also healed her heart and brought a new depth to mental clairty.
