Power Yoga Flow intermediate to advanced Strong Yoga Flow class was designed for intermediate and advanced students, seeking a strong yoga workout for flexibility, strength, fitness. It is is meant to provide yoga practitioners with a rigorous core daily yoga workout in a tight 30 minute Vinyasa yoga flow.
This yoga course is intended to help improve strength, flexibility, stamina, range of motion, breath capacity and relaxation. This 30 minute routine will increase energy levels and is great for morning, as a workout or anytime you’re feeling stress or fatigue.
About Michelle Goldstein: Michelle has been maintaining a daily yoga practice for 15 years. A protégée of renowned Yoga teacher, Bryan Kest of Santa Monica Power Yoga, Michelle has been teaching yoga for 8 years. A devoted student, she has also studied under a wide range of respected teachers including Max Strom, Bryan Kest, Guru Singh, Saul David Raye, Erich Schiffman and others.
