Veteran teacher Michelle Goldstein of Heart Alchemy Yoga in Venice, California brings a simple practicality to her instruction that provides a safe and easy to understand Power Yoga program.

This yoga workout is intended to help improve strength, flexibility, stamina, range of motion, breath work and relaxation. This 30 minute yoga workout will increase energy levels and is great for morning, as a workout or anytime you’re feeling stress or fatigue.
About Michelle Goldstein: Michelle has maintained a daily yoga practice for since 1998. A protégée of renowned Yoga teacher, Bryan Kest of Santa Monica Power Yoga, Michelle has been teaching yoga since 2004. A devoted student of Yoga, she has studied under a wide range of teachers including Max Strom, Bryan Kest, Guru Singh, Saul David Raye, Erich Schiffman and others.
